Learner artifact names the claim, concept, or practice being demonstrated.
Artifact includes source language, local example, and an open question or limitation.
Facilitator note explains whether the artifact is ready, needs revision, or should enter the knowledge graph.
Reviewed learner artifacts can become glossary entries, operating sheets, evidence notes, service plans, or memory records.
